Georgetown, S.C. Landscape Architect

LAYERS Landscape Architecture is a Landscape Architect based in serving Georgetown, S.C. and beyond.

We provide Landscape Architect services in Georgetown, South Carolina, including DeBordieu Colony, the Georgetown Historic District, and Wedgefield Plantation, with the same steady approach whether you’re on the water or a few blocks from Front Street. Our work often involves planning outdoor spaces for single family homes and waterfront homes—grading and drainage that actually perform in coastal storms, planting plans that respect salt, wind, and sandy soils, and hardscape layouts that feel right for the property’s scale. In places like the Historic District, we’re careful about character and sightlines, using materials and details that suit older architecture while still meeting today’s needs for lighting, access, and low-maintenance upkeep. For clients throughout Georgetown, we coordinate with builders and surveyors, prepare clear construction drawings, and stay involved through installation so the plan on paper matches what gets built.
